A patient treatment management system involves a repository including treatment information for a particular patient identifying treatment objectives and an associated schedule for achievement of the objectives. An interface processor acquires data representing clinical information of a particular patient related to a particular treatment objective. A monitoring processor assesses from the acquired clinical information whether the particular treatment objective is achieved substantially by a scheduled time deadline. A task scheduling processor automatically initiates scheduling of a first sequence of tasks to be performed by a healthcare worker in response to a determination the treatment objective is achieved and initiates scheduling of a different second sequence of tasks to be performed by a healthcare worker in response to a determination the treatment objective is not achieved.
La présente invention a trait à un système de gestion de traitement d'un patient comportant un référentiel comprenant une information de traitement pour un patient particulier identifiant des objectifs de traitement et un programme associé pour la réalisation des objectifs. Un processeur d'interface assure l'acquisition de données représentant une information clinique d'un patient particulier associé à un objectif de traitement particulier. Un processeur de contrôle détermine à partir de l'information clinique si l'objectif de traitement particulier est sensiblement réalisé à une date d'échéance déterminée. Un processeur de programmation de tâches assure le lancement automatique de la programmation d'une première séquence de tâches à réaliser par un travailleur de la santé en réponse à une détermination de la réalisation de l'objectif de traitement et lance une programmation d'une deuxième séquence de tâches différente à réaliser par un travailleur de la santé en réponse à une détermination de la non réalisation de l'objectif de traitement.
