An object of the present invention is to provide the electronic prescription system based on the internet and implementing method thereof which may rapidly and accurately transmit the prescription of patient treatment issued by doctor to pharmacist of pharmacy, and connect to the advertising system of pharmaceutical company. To accomplish the said objects, the present invention is characterized in that it comprises: the pharmacy database system (14); the group server (18) of the membership pharmaceutical; the Web server (10); the terminal computer group (KIOSK) for payment of medical examination, issuing and transmitting the electronic prescription according to the result of the medical treatment to the patient-designated pharmacy or the pharmacy in the close vicinity to residence over Internet after the medical treatment of patient; the pharmacy terminal; and the patient database system (16). By noticing that the request and management of such data is implemented in the server on the internet, and in authentication giving access admission, it is hard to identify patient himself, or in the medical characteristics, doctor and patient always has to meet each other, medical circles play a roll as authentication registration authority (RA) so as to give confirmation to patient identification, and the authenticated patient may have grant right about the designation of new family doctor on the Internet later.
Un objectif de la présente invention vise à produire un système de prescription électronique basé sur l'Internet et son procédé de mise en application permettant de transmettre rapidement et avec précision la prescription du traitement d'un patient émise par un docteur pour le pharmacien d'une pharmacie, et de se connecter au système d'annonces publicitaires d'une société pharmaceutique. Pour atteindre lesdits objectifs, la présente invention est caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend: le système (14) de base de données de pharmacie; le serveur (18) de groupe de sociétés pharmaceutiques membres; le serveur Web (10); le groupe d'ordinateurs satellites (KIOSK) permettant le paiement de l'examen médical, émettant et transmettant la prescription électronique selon le résultat du traitement médical à la pharmacie désignant le patient ou à la pharmacie se trouvant dans le voisinage immédiat de la résidence sur l'Internet, après le traitement médical du patient; le terminal de pharmacie; et le système (16) de base de données de patients. Par la notification que la demande et la gestion de ces données sont mises en oeuvre dans le serveur sur l'Internet, et dans l'authentification donnant une admission d'accès, il est difficile d'identifier le patient lui-même, ou dans les caractéristiques médicales, le docteur et le patient doivent toujours se rencontrer, les cercles médicaux jouant un rôle d'autorité d'enregistrement d'authentification (RA) de manière à donner une confirmation pour l'identification du patient, et le patient authentifié peut ensuite avoir un droit d'autorisation concernant la désignation d'un nouveau médecin de famille sur l'Internet.
