The invention relates to a method of transferring a web, preferably running over a subregion of a winding roll, in particular a paper or board web, to a new core forming a nip with the winding roll, in particular an empty spool, at least one transfer strip preferably being formed in at least one edge region of the web by means of at least one cutting device, preferably a transverse cutting device, arranged upstream of the nip in the running direction of the web, wherein: (a) at least one initial cutting piece is introduced directly or indirectly between the at least one transfer strip and the winding roll by means of at least one dispensing device in such a way that a region of the initial cutting piece introduced is not covered by the transfer strip, (b), after reaching the nip formed by the winding roll and the new core, the initial cutting piece is connected at least temporarily to the new core in the uncovered region, and ( c), at latest at the point at which the web runs off the new core, at least cutting of the transfer strip by the initial cutting piece is effected and/or made possible, as a result of which a new web start bonded to the initial cutting piece and the new core is formed. The invention relates further to a winder for implementing the method according to the invention.
Méthode de transfert d'une bande qui défile de préférence sur une sous-région d'un rouleau d'enroulement, plus précisément une bande de papier ou de carton, vers un nouveau noyau formant un point de contact avec le rouleau d'enroulement, plus précisément une bobine vide, préférablement par la formation d'au moins un ruban de transfert avec au moins un bord de la bande au moyen d'au moins un dispositif de coupe, idéalement un dispositif de coupe transversale, disposé en aval du point de contact dans le sens du défilement de la bande, où (a) au moins une première pièce de coupe est introduite directement ou indirectement entre le ou les rubans de transfert et le rouleau d'enroulement au moyen d'au moins un dispositif de distribution de sorte qu'une portion de la pièce de coupe initiale introduite n'est pas recouverte par le ruban de transfert; (b) après avoir atteint le point de contact formé par le rouleau d'enroulement et le nouveau noyau, la pièce de coupe initiale est fixée, au moins temporairement, au nouveau noyau dans la zone découverte, et (c) à la limite au point auquel la bande atteint le nouveau noyau, la découpe du ruban de transfert par la pièce de coupe initiale est au moins effectuée et/ou rendue possible, formant ainsi un nouveau début de bande adhérant à la pièce de coupe initiale et au nouveau noyau. De plus, enrouleur pour la mise en oeuvre de la méthode en fonction de l'invention.
