Disclosed is a laminate steel sheet for use as a can body of a two-piece can, which satisfies the requirements shown by the three formulae below and has a polyester resin layer on at least one surface of the steel sheet, wherein the polyester resin layer contains 3 to 30 vol% of an incompatible subphase resin dispersed therein and the subphase resin has a glass transition temperature of 5~C or lower and a flattening ratio on a cross-sectional surface of 0.5 or less: d<=r, 0.1<=d/R<=0.25 and 1.5<=h/(R-r)<=4 (wherein R: the radius of an unmolded disk-shaped laminate steel sheet having a weight equivalent to that of the can body of the two-piece can; h: the height of the can body; r: the maximum radius of the can body; and d: the minimum radius of the can body). The laminate steel sheet can be used for the manufacture of a two-piece can body having a high degree of processing such as a two-piece can for use in an aerosol can. Thus, a two-piece can made of a laminate steel sheet and free from the detachment or fracture of a resin layer can be manufactured.
L~invention concerne une feuille d~acier stratifiée pour une utilisation dans un corps d~une boîte en deux parties, qui satisfait aux exigences illustrées par les trois formules ci-dessous et possède une couche de résine de polyester sur au moins une surface de la feuille d~acier, où la couche de résine polyester contient de 3 à 30% en volume d~une résine à phase auxiliaire incompatible dispersée dans celle-ci, et la résine à phase auxiliaire a une température de transition vitreuse inférieure ou égale à 5°C et un rapport d~aplatissement sur une surface en coupe transversale inférieur ou égal à 0,5 : d<=r, 0,1<=d/R<=0,25 et 1,5<=h/(R-r)<=4 (où R: le rayon d~une feuille d~acier stratifiée en forme de disque non moulée d~un poids équivalent à celui du corps de la boîte en deux parties ; h : la hauteur du corps de boîte ; r : le rayon maximal du corps de boîte ; et d : le rayon minimal du corps de boîte). La feuille d~acier stratifiée peut servir à la fabrication d~un corps de boîte en deux parties ayant un degré élevé d~usinabilité comme une boîte en deux parties pour une utilisation dans une bombe aérosol. On peut ainsi réaliser une boîte en deux parties à partir d~une feuille d~acier stratifiée sans détachement ni fracture d~une couche de résine.
