The present invention relates to a method for the manufacture of bleached cellulose pulp, in conjunction with which lignocellulose material is digested to form cellulose pulp by means of an alkaline digestion liquor, and the cellulose pulp in the form of a suspension is subjected in series to at least oxygen gas delignification (O), treatment with complexers (Q) and bleaching with non chlorine-containing oxidative bleaching agents (O, P, Z), with the various treatment stages interspersed with washing and/or reconcentration of the cellulose pulp in at least one stage, in conjunction with which a suspension liquid is conveyed essentially in strict counter-current, with the result that the pulp manufacturing process is essentially totally closed with regard to the liquid circuit, characterized in that the pH value of the suspension liquid, in the absence of a reduction agent, after oxygen gas delignification and onwards into the cellulose pulp treatment chain as far as the bleaching operation with the oxidative bleaching agent, is caused to attain a maximum of 10. and in that the carbonate content of the suspension liquid is caused to be the same as, or to exceed a certain lowest value depending on its position in the cellulose pulp treatment chain.

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de pâte de cellulose blanchie d'après lequel on lessive un matériau lignocellulosique, afin d'obtenir une pâte de cellulose au moyen d'un bain de lessivage alcalin et on soumet la pâte de cellulose sous forme de suspension à des opérations en série, telles qu'au moins une délignification à l'oxygène gazeux (O), un traitement au moyen d'agents complexants (Q) et un blanchiment au moyen d'agents de blanchiment oxydants exempts de chlore (O, P, Z); les différentes étapes de traitement s'intercalent avec le lavage et/ou la reconcentration de la pâte de cellulose dans au moins une étape à laquelle se combine le transport d'un liquide de suspension à contre courant. De ce fait, le procédé de fabrication de pâte de cellulose est totalement fermé par rapport au circuit de liquide et il est caractérisé par le fait que la valeur de pH du liquide de suspension, en l'absence d'un agent réducteur, après la délignification à l'oxygène gazeux et le long de la série de traitements de la pâte de cellulose jusqu'à l'opération de blanchiment au moyen de l'agent de blanchiment oxydant, atteint un maximum de 10 et que la teneur en carbonate est égale ou supérieure à une certaine valeur inférieure en fonction de sa position dans la chaîne de traitement de la pâte de cellulose.
