A method includes (a) retaining a workpiece in position; (b) providing at least one multiblade sawing machine; (c) providing at least one band sawing machine; (d) moving a workpiece along a longitudinal direction thereof to pass by the multiblade sawing machine so as to form a plurality of horizontal slits at a vertical section of one side of the workpiece, the plurality of horizontal slits being spaced apart an equal distance from each other and each having an inner root portion aligning with each other; and (e) moving the workpiece along the longitudinal direction thereof to pass by the band sawing machine which is able to cut the root portions of the plurality of horizontal slits out of the vertical section of the side of the workpiece so as to form a plurality of products.
