[PROBLEMS] To appropriately collect a specific useful part alone from fish heads almost regardless of the fish head size, so long as the fish belong to the same species and have roughly the same head shape, thereby elevating the efficiency of collecting the useful part of fish heads. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] From a large number of fish heads (W) which are heads(W) of fish belonging to the same species and have roughly the same shape, the pituitary gland (M) alone is collected and treated as a specific useful part of the fish heads (W). While a large number of fish heads (W) with different sizes are brought into rest at a specific position, a useful part curve (P), along which the pituitary gland (M) as the useful part of each fish head (W) passes, is preliminarily determined and then the fish head (W) to be treated is brought into rest at the specific position. The part around the useful part curve (P) of the fish head (W) being in rest is cut roughly along the useful part curve (P). Then the brain (N) that is an unnecessary part located on the cut section (F) is removed to expose the pituitary gland (M) followed by the collection of the thus exposed pituitary gland (M).
L'objet de l'invention est de pouvoir recueillir adéquatement une seule partie utile spécifique de têtes de poisson quelle que soit la taille de la tête des poissons, du moment que lesdits poissons appartiennent à la mêmes espèce et ont en gros la même forme de tête, permettant ainsi d'augmenter l'efficacité de prélèvement d'une partie utile de têtes de poisson. L'hypophyse (M) seule est recueillie et traitée comme partie utile spécifique de têtes de poisson (W) à partir d'un grand nombre de têtes de poissons (W) qui appartiennent à la même espèce et sont, en gros, de même forme. À partir d'un grand nombre de têtes de poisson (W) de tailles différentes immobilisées dans une position spécifique, une courbe de partie utile (P), le long de laquelle l'hypophyse (M) passe en tant que partie utile de chaque tête de poisson (W), est déterminée préalablement et ensuite la tête de poisson (W) à traiter est immobilisée dans ladite position spécifique. La partie autour de la courbe de partie utile (P) de la tête de poisson (W) immobilisée est coupée en gros le long de la courbe de partie utile (P). Ensuite le cerveau (N) qui est une partie inutile située dans la section de coupe (F) est éliminé pour exposer l'hypophyse (M) pour ensuite recueillir l'hypophyse (M) ainsi exposée.
