A novel container having a plastic pour spout is provided, the container carrying a pour spout (1) having a platform (3), a first side panel (20) connected by hinge to the platform on a first side and a second panel (30) connected by hinge to the platform on a second side, the two side panels having a substantially triangular shape. The hinged connection of the pannels to the platform (3) permits each pour spout to be provided in a flattened configuration in which the side panels (20, 30) are folded relative to the platform for insertion into an unerected carton. Following insertion, the panels again relax along the hinge-line and permit subsequent processing of the flattened carton stock. When the carton is folded, the panels move passively in response to the carton folding steps and assume an assembled configuration as the carton is assembled.
L'invention concerne un récipient d'un type nouveau muni d'un bec verseur en plastique, ledit récipient portant un bec verseur (1) pourvu d'une plateforme (3), d'un premier panneau latéral (20) relié par une charnière à la plateforme sur un premier côté et d'un second panneau (30) relié par une charnière à la plateforme sur un second côté, les deux panneaux latéraux ayant une forme sensiblement triangulaire. La liaison articulée des panneaux à la plateforme (3) permet à chaque bec verseur d'être présent en une configuration aplatie dans laquelle les panneaux latéraux (20, 30) sont pliés par rapport à la plateforme pour être insérés dans un carton non dressé. Après insertion, les panneaux se détendent à nouveau le long de l'axe de charnière et permettent un traitement ultérieur du matériau en carton aplati. Quand le carton est plié, les panneaux bougent passivement en réaction aux étapes de pliage du carton et présentent une configuration assemblée lorsque le carton est assemblé.
