A discernment game and method of play is disclosed. The method of play comprises the steps of displaying at least two indicia on a first device, each indicia representing a different choice. A first player selects one indicia from the at least two indicia to give to a second player. The selection is communicated to the second player. The second player selects one indicia from the at least two indicia representing the gift most desired by the second player. A predetermined number of points is awarded to the first player if the selected indicia is the same as the one selected by the second player and a predetermined number of points is awarded to the second player if the selected indicia is the same as the one selected by the first player.
