The invention concerns a method for obtaining a flexible conduit (1), said conduit comprising a streamlined strip (4) including in a single piece a core (4a) with two matching edges (4b, 4c), and at least one rib (4d) projecting on one side from the core. The method consists in winding said streamlined strip about an axis (5) in a spiral with contiguous windings, such that the streamlined strip matching edges (4b, 4c), belonging to two different windings, form a joint between them. The invention is characterised in that it consists, in combination: a) in winding the streamlined strip (4), immediately after it has been obtained by extruding a plastic material, in particular elastomer, so that the two matching edges (4b, 4c) directly form between them a sealing joint (6); b) cross-linking the wound streamlined strip, with contiguous windings, to obtain a single piece flexible conduit.

Procédé d'obtention d'un conduit flexible (1), ledit conduit comprenant une bande (4) profilée comprenant de manière monobloc une âme (4a) comportant deux bordures (4a, 4c) complémentaires l'une de l'autre, et au moins une nervure (4d) saillant d'un côté à partir de l'âme procédé selon lequel on enroule ladite bande profilée autour d'un axe (5) selon une hélice à spires jointives, en sorte que les bordures complémentaires (4b, 4c) de la bande profilée, appartenant à deux spires respectivement différentes, forment entre elles un joint. Selon l'invention, en combinaison: a) on enroule la bande (4) profilée, immédiatement, après son obtention par extrusion d'une matière plastique, notamment d'un élastomère, en sorte que les deux bordures (4b, 4c) complémentaires forment entre elles directement un joint (6) étanche, b) puis on réticule la bande profilée enroulée, à spires directement jointives, pour obtenir un conduit flexible monobloc.
