The invention related to a "flow control element" with suction spout for carbonated beverage cans. The fluid remains under pressure while access is possible when suction is applied to the spout. The spout is attached to a housing enclosure that holds a spring, a centrally perforated membrane, a valve stem and a valve. This housing enclosure extends into the inside of the container, which extended part functions as a guide for the valve stem and that incorporates the valve seat. The valve stem is attached to the perforated membrane on one side and to the valve on the other side. When suction is applied the membrane moves the valve and opens a flow path, thereby allowing fluid to flow through the valve stem and the perforated membrane to the mouth. When the suction stops, a spring closes the valve against the gas pressure in the can or container.
L'invention concerne un <=élément de commande d'écoulement>= muni d'un bec d'aspiration et destiné à des boîtes à boisson gazeuse. Le fluide reste sous pression pendant un accès rendu possible par une aspiration appliquée au bec. Le bec est fixé à une ouverture de boîtier comprenant un ressort, une membrane perforée au centre, une tige de soupape et une soupape. L'ouverture du boîtier s'étend dans l'intérieur du contenant, cette partie étendue fonctionnant comme guide pour la tige de soupape et incorporant le siège de soupape. La tige de soupape est fixée à la membrane perforée sur un côté et à la soupape sur l'autre côté. Quand une aspiration est appliquée, la membrane déplace la soupape et ouvre un circuit d'écoulement, permettant ainsi au fluide de s'écouler via la tige de soupape et la membrane perforée dans la bouche. Lorsque l'aspiration s'arrête, un ressort ferme la soupape à l'encontre de la pression gazeuse dans la boîte ou le contenant.
