A toggle anchor system has a toggle head and a sleeve. In addition, corresponding features of an axial coupling are combined with the toggle head on one side and the sleeve on the other side. Once the toggle anchor system is inserted in an assembly hole with a sleeve stop flange contacting the sheetrock front, a pull force is externally induced via a tightening screw or a rip-off pull element. Initially, the toggle arm(s) may unlock and spring loaded or cam actuated unfold before being pulled against the sheetrock back. In that position, the toggle head is coupled with the sleeve and the sheetrock remains sandwiched and clamped between toggle arm(s) and stop flange. An object may consecutively be conveniently attached to the sheetrock front via the pre- positioned toggle anchor system. The tightening screw may have an internal thread and a power tool coupling for power assisted pre-positioning.
