The aim of the invention is to increase the scope of application of a surgical device wherein the operational handpiece (2) is embodied in the form of two parts, one of which consists of a handpiece (14) with an injection cannula (19) and the other being a complementary part. The complementary part consists of a stabilization handle (21, 21', 21") and can be placed onto the injection cannula (19) in addition to being able to be fixed to the handpiece (14) of the operational handpiece (2). The complementary part can also be embodied as a handle with a stabilizing tube (22) or as a handle with a suction tube (24). The supply device comprises a switchable directional control valve (12) for supplying various working fluids to the injection cannula.

L'invention vise à élargir le domaine d'application de cet instrument chirurgical. A cet effet, le porte-instrument chirurgical (2) est réalisé en deux parties, notamment un porte-instrument (14) doté d'une canule d'injection (19) et un élément complémentaire. L'élément complémentaire, constitué d'une poignée de stabilisation (21, 21', 21"), coulisse sur la canule d'injection (19) et peut être fixé au porte-instrument (14) du porte-instrument chirurgical (2).
