Herein is disclosed a sweetener composition comprising Aspartame and Acesulfame-K as active ingredients, wherein the amount of Acesulfame-K is 5 to 90 % by weight based on the total amount of both the components and wherein the particle sizes of the both the components are respectively selected from within the range of the particle size which allows the dissolution rate of the mixture to be higher than that of Aspartame alone, in which sweetener composition the poorly dissoluble, high intense synthetic sweetener Aspartame (APM) is improved in solubility.

L'invention concerne une composition édulcorante améliorée en termes de solubilité par rapport à un aspartame (APM) édulcorant synthétique fortement sucré peu soluble. La composition est caractérisée en ce qu'elle renferme un aspartame et un acésulfame-K comme principes actifs sélectionnés de manière que l'acésulfame-K représente entre 5 et 90 % en poids de la totalité et que la granulométrie de chaque principe se trouve comprise dans la plage dans laquelle la vitesse de dissolution du mélange est supérieure à celle de l'aspartame seul.
