Compounds of formula (1Ø0) are described (see formula 1Ø0) wherein, preferably, m, j and k are 0; n is 1; R1 is H or halo; R2 is -H, halo or -CH3; R3 and R C are H; R D is -H or -CH3; Z B is a saturated or unsaturated cyclyl or heterocyclyl; E is -H, -F, -OCH3, -OH, etc.; W is -O-; Z A is phenyl or pyridyl substituted by two R4 as halo or one R4 as halo, cyano, nitroso, etc., or Z A is phenyl substituted by two R4 that form a ring; and R7 and R8 are -H, halo, optionally substituted alkyl, etc. Also described is a pharmaceutical composition for treating inflammatory, respiratory and allergic diseases and conditions, especially asthma; chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) including chronic bronchitis, emphysema, and bronchiectasis; chronic rhinitis; and chronic sinusitis.
