The present invention relates to new, efficient processes for the preparation of 5-(2-oxazolylalkylthio)-2-azacycloalkanoylaminothiazole compounds of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein R, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8, m and n are as defined in the specification. The compounds formula (I) are potent inhibitors of cyclin dependent kinases (cdks). The present invention further concerns new key intermediate compounds, a quaternary ammonium salt of formula (III') and a 2-oxazolylalkyl derivative of formula (IX).
L'invention concerne des procédés efficaces et nouveaux de préparation de composés 5-(2-oxazolylalkylthio)-2-azacycloalcanoylaminothiazole correspondant à la formule (I) ou d'un sel de ceux-ci, acceptable sur le plan pharmacologique. Dans cette formule, R, R?1¿, R?2¿, R?3¿, R?4¿, R?5¿, R?6¿, R?7¿, R?8¿, m et n sont tels que définis dans la description. Ces composés correspondant à la formule(I) constituent des inhibiteurs puissants et nouveaux des kinases dépendantes des cyclines. L'invention concerne en outre des nouveaux composés clés intermédiaires, un sel d'ammonium quaternaire possédant la formule (III'), ainsi qu'un dérivé 2-oxazolylalkyle possédant la formule (IX).
