Body fat level controllers containing medium-chain triglycerides which can be easily used with neither a need for dietary restriction nor a risk of any side effects, wherein 90% by mass or more of the constituting fatty acids of the medium-chain triglycerides contained therein are saturated fatty acids having 8 and 10 carbon atoms, the ratio by mass of the saturated fatty acids having 8 and 10 carbon atoms ranges from 60/40 to 85/15, and the ratio of the saturated fatty acid having 8 carbon atoms in the total fatty acids attached to the 2- positions of the triglycerides ranges from 60 to 85% by mass; and foods for controlling body fat level which contain the above body fat level controllers.
L'invention concerne des substances pour le contrôle du degré d'adiposité qui renferment des triglycérides de chaîne moyenne, d'utilisation aisée, sans obligation de restriction alimentaire ou risque d'effets secondaires: 90 % ou plus, en masse, des acides gras constitutifs de ces triglycérides sont des acides gras ayant entre 8 et 10 atomes de carbone. Le rapport, en masse, des acides gras saturés ayant entre 8 et 10 atomes de carbone est compris entre 60/40 et 85/15. Le rapport, en masse, des acides gras saturés ayant 8 atomes de carbone dans la totalité des acides gras fixés en position 2 sur les triglycérides est compris entre 60 et 85 %. L'invention concerne également des produits alimentaires permettant de contrôler le degré d'adiposité, qui renferment les substances décrites.
