ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION An antidisconnect device is provided to prevent the inadvertant disconnection between a medical hose tubing and its male connector. The device attaches to an end fitting of the medical hose and has preferably two flexible jaws that are integrally molded to the device as a single, injection molded unit. The flexible jaws obtain their flexibility from the plastic composition and design and have distal ends with lips that normally grip the groove of a standard male fitting to prevent inadvertant disconnection. The flexible jaws are pivoted and biased such that they may be easily manipulated by a user to open the flexible jaws about the male fitting for removal of the medical hose therefrom.
