ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A vibrator device, especially for connecting to a screen element for agitating the screen element, is disclosed. The device has a housing and two pairs of rotary shafts in the housing. The shafts of each pair are rotated in opposite directions and the shafts of one pair rotating at twice the speed of the shafts of the other pair. Off-center weights are detachably mounted an each shaft and are so oriented that the agitation of the housing takes the form of vibratory movement thereof in a direction normal to the plane containing the first pair of shafts. The weights on the shafts of each pair are equal. Each weight includes a stack of elongate elements re- movably secured together and carried on the associated shaft so as to extend axially along it with the elements stacked radially.
