A system and method of scheduling demand for a manufacturing resource (DTF 102) in response to a customer order (105) for a product is provided. The system and method includes device for tracking scheduled finished goods orders, existing finished goods inventory, past due finished goods orders, unallocated customer orders (206) and marketing orders (207), and the manufacturing lead time for the product, among other manufacturing process parameters. The customer order (105) amount and the date requested for the order are entered, and depending on whether the date requested is inside, equal to or outside the manufacturing lead time, manufacturing resources are consumed from one or more of the scheduled finished goods (FGO 101) orders, existing finished goods inventory, available to promise amounts, past due finished goods orders, unallocated customer orders (206), marketing orders (207), and high flex amounts.
L'invention concerne un système et un procédé d'ordonnancement de ressources de fabrication (DTF 102) en réponse à une commande (105) d'un produit émanant d'un client. Le système et le procédé comprennent des moyens permettant de rechercher les commandes de produits finis en attente, le stock existant des produits finis, les commandes en retard de produits finis, les commandes clients non allouées (206) et les commandes commerciales (207) et le délai de production du produit, parmi d'autres paramètres du processus de fabrication. La quantité souhaitée par le client et la date d'échéance voulue sont entrées, et selon que la date d'échéance soit antérieure, égale ou postérieure au délai de production, les ressources de fabrication sont utilisées pour une ou plusieurs commande(s) de produits finis (FGO 101) ordonnancés, le stock existant des produits finis, les quantités disponibles, les commandes en retard de produits finis, les commandes clients non allouées (206), les commandes commerciales (207) et les quantités flexibles.
