An applicator (100) for dispensing two separate tissue adhesives includes a generally elongate body (202) having two distinct interior regions (208a, 208b) each containing of the two tissue adhesives. Hinged levers (224a, 224b, 224b~) associated with each region selectively force the expulsion of the adhesive from the end portions (104, 106) of the applicator in response to application of force by the operator.
