A vent valve made from a standard emergency brake valve portion. It includes an emergency portion body with an interface to be mated with the emergency portion interface of the pipe bracket. The body includes a casting with at least one cover and the casting including all the cast cavities and passages for an emergency portion. A vent valve selectively connects a first brake pipe port to a vent port on the body, A vent piston controls the vent valve and a discharge valve pneumatically controls the vent piston. An emergency piston is responsive to brake pipe pressure for controlling the discharge valve. The body does not include at least one of an inshot valve and an accelerated application valve.
Linvention concerne une valve daération composée dune partie de valve de freinage durgence standard. Elle comprend un corps de partie de freinage d'urgence ayant une interface devant être couplée à l'interface de la partie de freinage d'urgence du support de conduite. Le corps comprend un moulage doté dau moins un couvercle et le moulage comprend toutes les cavités et tous les passages de moulage pour une partie de freinage durgence. Une valve daération relie de manière sélective un premier orifice de conduite de frein à un orifice daération sur le corps. Un piston daération commande la valve daération et une valve dévacuation commande de manière pneumatique le piston daération. Un piston de commande de freinage durgence répond à la pression de la conduite de frein pour commander la valve dévacuation. Le corps ne comprend pas de valve dentrée initiale et/ou de valve dapplication accélérée.
