A method of making an oxygen-rich and stabilized oxidizing agent in a liquid, preferably water, involves exposure of aerated liquid to repeated bursts of ringing magnetic flux having a primary frequency of 10 kHz to 80 kHz, with the bursts repeated at a frequency of 1 Hz to 100 Hz, and with the water being kept at a pH level between 7 and 10. The oxidizing agent is believed to be a stable complex of hydrogen peroxide having and anti-microbial effect on microorganisms and biofilms achieved by oxidation. The method can be applied to treatment of water in a recirculating air conditioning system that employs a cooling tower (10), main tank (14), distribution chamber (13), chiller (12) and evaporative fan (22).
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un agent oxydant riche en oxygène et stabilisé dans un liquide, de préférence de l'eau, qui implique l'exposition d'un liquide aéré à des salves répétées de flux magnétique d'oscillations présentant une fréquence principale allant de 10 kHz à 80 kHz, les salves se répétant à une fréquence se situant entre de 1 Hz et 100 Hz, et le pH de l'eau se situant entre 7 et 10. L'agent oxydant est considéré comme étant un complexe stable de peroxyde d'hydrogène présentant un effet antimicrobien sur des microorganismes et de films biologiques obtenus par oxydation. Le procédé peut s'appliquer au traitement de l'eau dans un système de conditionnement d'air de recyclage qui utilise un refroidisseur atmosphérique (10), un réservoir principal (14), une chambre de distribution (13), un réfrigérant (12) et un ventilateur par évaporation (22).
