This invention provides methods for obtaining targeted gene modification in vertebrate cells using parvoviruses, including adeno-associated virus (AAV). The parvoviral vectors used in the claimed methods are capable of targeting a specific genetic modification to a preselected target locus in a cellular genome by homologous pairing.
L'invention concerne des procédés permettant d'obtenir une modification génétique ciblée dans des cellules de vertébrés en utilisant des parvovirus, dont des virus adéno-associés (AAV).
