ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE There is provided a means for determining the line a ball should take when struck by a club, particularly for the sports of golf and croquet. A laser is located in the head of the club and positioned to emit a beam in the direction of the ball. A power source is located in the handle of the club with an on/off switch to control operation. The laser could also be located in the handle of the club and a fibre optic cable used to conduit the beam to the head of the club. Alternatively, the laser could be attached to the shaft of the club. All parts of the system could be removable.
