It is possible to transfer a call or session establishment request specifying one of the communication terminals in a mobile communication network to an optimal communication terminal in the group. A communication control device (4) includes: session control means (4a) which controls session connection between communication terminals (102 to 106) and a partner communication terminal (108); and communication terminal group information managing means (4c) which correlates identifiers of the communication terminals (102 to 106) so as to manage the communication terminals (102 to 106) as a group (101) when they are connected to a mobile communication network (2) and creates a condition of a service which can be applied to the communication terminals in the group (101). When the partner communication terminal (108) makes a session connection request to one of the communication terminals contained in the group (101), the session control means (4a) transfers the session connection request to an optimal communication terminal in the group (101) according to the created service application condition.
Il est possible de transférer une requête d'établissement d'appel ou de session spécifiant l'un des terminaux de communication dans un réseau de communication mobile à un terminal de communication optimal dans le groupe. Un dispositif de commande de communication (4) comprend : un moyen (4a) de commande de session, qui commande une connexion de session entre des terminaux de communication (102 à 106) et un terminal de communication partenaire (108) ; et un moyen (4c) de gestion des informations des groupes de terminaux de communication, qui effectue une corrélation entre les identifiants des terminaux de communication (102 à 106) de façon à gérer les terminaux de communication (102 à 106) en tant que groupe (101) lorsqu'ils sont connectés à un réseau de communication mobile (2) et crée une condition d'un service qui peut être appliquée au terminaux de communication dans le groupe (101). Lorsque le terminal de communication partenaire (108) effectue une requête de connexion de session à l'un des terminaux de communication contenus dans le groupe (101), le moyen (4a) de commande de session transfère la requête de connexion de session à un terminal de communication optimal dans le groupe (101) conformément à la condition d'application du service créé.
