An inflatable food carrier case (10) formed of flexible plastics material has an outer wall (11a) and inner wall (11b) to create an inflatable air chamber there between. Upon inflation of the air chamber the case (10) provides protection for the enclosed item(s) of food, such as fruit. There may be a semi-rigid rim (12) to provide structure to the body of the case. The case (10) is formed in two halves (13a) and (13b) joined together via a hinge (16). Air inlets/outlets are provided across the hinge (16) to allow air to flow into other air chambers. A valve (18) is provided in the outer wall (11a) for inflation. An attachment device (17) is provided for a clip or similar device (17a) to enable attachment to another article.
La présente invention concerne une boîte gonflable (10) pour le transport d'aliments réalisée en matière plastique souple et dotée d'une paroi externe (11a) et d'une paroi interne (11b) destinées à créer une chambre à air gonflable entre elles. Lorsque ladite chambre à air est gonflée, la boîte (10) assure une protection pour le ou les articles alimentaires qu'elle contient, des fruits par exemple. Elle peut comporter une bordure semi-rigide (12) pour donner une structure au corps de la boîte. La boîte (10) est constituée de deux moitiés (13a) et (13b) jointes ensemble par une articulation (16). Des entrées/sorties d'air sont réalisées en travers de l'articulation (16) pour permettre à l'air de circuler dans d'autres chambres à air. Une valve (18) est installée dans la paroi externe (11a) pour le gonflage. La boîte ci-décrite est dotée d'un dispositif de fixation (17) pour une pince ou dispositif similaire (17a) afin de permettre la fixation à un autre article.
