The invention relates to a patch containing an active substance for controlling the release of estradiol or pharmaceutically acceptable derivatives thereof on its own or combined with gestagens into the human or animal skin, consisting of a back layer, a reservoir connected thereto containing an active substance and suitable for combined release thereof and having adhesive means and a removable protective layer. The invention is characterized in that the adhesive used contains cholesterol or corn starch.
L'invention concerne un pansement contenant des principes actifs et permettant l'apport contrôlé d'estradiol ou de ses dérivés pharmaceutiquement compatibles, seuls ou en association avec des progestatifs, à la peau humaine ou animale. Ce pansement comporte une couche envers à laquelle est relié un réservoir de principes actifs approprié pour l'apport combiné de principes actifs et réalisé à l'aide d'adhésif, et une couche protectrice redécollable. Ce pansement est caractérisé en ce que l'adhésif contient du cholestérol ou de l'amidon de maïs.
