The invention relates to inclusion complexes of 3-morpholino-sydnonimine or its salts or its tautomer isomer, process for the preparation thereof and pharmaceutical compositions containing the same. The inclusion complex of 3-morpholino-sydnonimine or its salt formed with cyclodextrin derivative is prepared by a) reacting the 3-morpholino-sydnonimine or its salt in an aqueous medium with a cyclodextrin derivative and the complex is isolated from the solution by dehydratation, or b) high energy milling of 3-morpholino-sydnonimine or its salt and a cyclodextrin derivative.
L'invention concerne des complexes d'inclusion de la 3-morpholinosydnonimine ou encore d'un sel ou d'un isomère tautomère de celle-ci; méthode pour les préparer et compositions pharmaceutiques qui en renferment. Le complexe d'inclusion de la 3-morpholinosydnonimine ou d'un sel de celle-ci, formé avec un dérivé de la cyclodextrine, est préparé : a) en faisant réagir la 3-morpholinosydnonimine ou un sel de celle-ci, en milieu aqueux, avec un dérivé de la cyclodextrine et en isolant le complexe de la solution par déshydratation; ou b) en broyant à haute énergie la 3-morpholinosydnonimine ou un sel de celle-ci et un dérivé de la cyclodextrine.
