The invention concerns a process for manufacturing a honeycomb sandwich panel, in which the honeycomb core is covered on either side with a carbon/carbon or carbon/ceramic skin. The process consists of making a core by pyrolysing a honeycomb (1) structure made of carbon fabric which has been pre-impregnated with thermosetting resin, assembling the core (1) and the skin(s) (2, 3) by setting between the core and the skin a carbon fabric pre-impregnated with thermosetting resin, polymerizing through compaction and pyrolyzing the entire assembly, and conducting a chemical vapour infiltration in order to densify and reinforce the glueing of the assembly. Applied to the manufacture of structures with very high dimensional stability.

- L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un panneau, du type support en nid d'abeille flanqué de part et/ou d'autre d'une peau, en composite carbone/carbone ou carbone/céramique. - Le procédé consiste à réaliser un support par pyrolyse d'une structure nid d'abeille (1) en tissu de carbone pré-imprégné d'une résine thermodurcissable, à réaliser la ou chaque peau (2, 3), par drapage de tissus de carbone pré-imprégnés d'une résine thermodurcissable, à assembler le support (1) et la ou les peaux (2, 3), en interposant entre peau et support un tissu (4) de carbone pré-imprégné d'une résine thermodurcissable, à polymériser avec compactage puis pyrolyser l'assemblage, et, enfin, à effectuer une infiltration chimique en phase vapeur à des fins de densification et de renforcement du collage de l'assemblage. - Application à la fabrication de structures à très haute stabilité dimensionnelle.
