The present invention relates to a novel dibenzoxazepine derivative, its synthesis, and its use as an .alpha..nu. integrin receptor antagonist. More particularly, the compound of the present invention is an antagonist of the integrin receptors .alpha..nu..beta.3 and .alpha..nu..beta.5 and therefor useful for inhibiting bone resorption, treating and/or preventing osteoporosis, and inhibiting vascular restenosis, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, angiogenesis, artherosclerosis, inflammatory arthritis, cancer and metastatic tumor growth.
L'invention concerne un nouveau dérivé de la dibenzoxazépine, sa synthèse, et son utilisation en tant qu'antagoniste du récepteur de l'intégrine .alpha..nu.. Plus particulièrement, le composé de l'invention est un antagoniste des récepteurs de l'intégrine .alpha..nu..beta.3 and .alpha..nu..beta.5 et permet donc d'inhiber la résorption osseuse, de traiter et/ou de prévenir l'ostéoporose, et d'inhiber la resténose vasculaire, la rétinopathie diabétique, la dégénérescence maculaire, l'angiogenèse, l'athérosclérose, l'arthrite inflammatoire, le cancer et la croissance tumorale métastatique.
