The invention relates to a method and a device in a steam injector (1). The steam injector (1) is of the type which comprises an injector housing (2) with an inlet (4) for steam and an inlet (3) for the product which is to be treated. In the injector housing (2) there is also an outlet (7) for the ready- treated product. In the injector (1), the steam is brought together with the product. The device comprises a throttle washer (8) which is placed immediately after the product outlet (7). The throttle washer (8) entails that the pressure is raised immediately before the product leaves the injector (1). The pressure increase entails an improved steam distribution in the product and that the risk of sedimentation in the product is counteracted. The device also entails that disturbing noise that may occur in the injector (1) is considerably reduced.
La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour un injecteur de vapeur (1). L'injecteur de vapeur (1) comprend un logement d'injecteur (2) doté d'un orifice d'admission (4) destiné à la vapeur et d'un orifice d'admission (3) destiné au produit devant être traité. Le logement (2) comprend également un orifice de sortie (7) destiné au produit traité. A l'intérieur de l'injecteur (1), la vapeur est mélangée au produit. Le dispositif décrit dans cette invention comprend une rondelle d'étranglement (8) placée immédiatement après l'orifice de sortie (7). Cette rondelle d'étranglement (8) entraîne l'augmentation de la pression immédiatement avant que le produit ne quitte l'injecteur (1). L'augmentation de la pression permet une meilleure répartition de la vapeur dans le produit, elle permet également d'empêcher le risque de sédimentation dans le produit. Le dispositif décrit dans cette invention permet également de réduire considérablement le bruit gênant pouvant apparaître dans l'injecteur (1).
