The invention relates to a press (1) with gripper rails (3) for grasping and relocating workpieces onto a work table (5), the gripper rails (3) being movable in a horizontal plane and vertically by a transfer device (2). The gripper rails (3) are connected to the respective parts (50, 51) of the transfer device (2) by means of gripper rail couplings (14), a locking mechanism (17) with a tie rod (18) being provided, which locks or frees the gripper rail coupling (14). To actuate the locking mechanism (17), an actuating element (19) is provided which displaces the tie rod (18) between a holding position and a releasing position and which can be actuated by the gripper rail coupling (14) being lowered or raised. Furthermore, the locking mechanism (17) has a spring element (34) which holds the tie rod (18) in the holding position. Finally, the locking mechanism (17) has a latching mechanism (38) with a detent (39), which fixes the tie rod (18) in the releasing position and which is freed automatically when the gripper rail coupling (14) is being coupled (cf. fig. 3).
L'invention concerne une presse (1) comprenant des rails à pinces (3) pour saisir et changer de place des pièces sur une table de travail (5). Selon l'invention, les rails à pinces (3) peuvent être déplacés dans un plan horizontal et verticalement par un dispositif de transfert (2). Les rails à pinces (3) sont reliés par des accouplements de rail à pinces (14) avec les parties (50, 51) respectives du dispositif de transport (2), un mécanisme de blocage (17) muni d'une barre de traction (18) bloquant ou libérant l'accouplement de rail à pinces (14). Un élément d'actionnement (19), servant à actionner le mécanisme de blocage (17), déplace la barre de traction (18) entre une position d'arrêt et une position de libération et peut être actionné par une descente ou une montée de l'accouplement de rail à pinces (14). Le mécanisme de blocage (17) présente en outre un élément ressort (34) qui maintient la barre de traction (18) en position de maintien. Le mécanisme de blocage (17) présente enfin un mécanisme à cran d'arrêt (38) comprenant un élément de blocage (39) qui bloque la barre de traction (18) en position de libération et qui est libéré automatiquement lors de l'embrayage de l'accouplement de rail à pinces (14).
