A wellbore apparatus and method for use in a wellbore for completion and production are disclosed. The apparatus comprises an outer permeable material (15) in the wellbore comprising a first basepipe section (11) with at least a portion of the basepipe is perforated (21), the first basepipe is inside the outer permeable material (15) and at least part of the perforated basepipe is designed to be adjacent to a production interval (14), a second basepipe section (10) with at least a portion of the second basepipe is slotted (16), the second basepipe is inside the outer permeable material (15) and above the perforated basepipe section (11) designed to be adjacent to the production interval wherein at least a portion of the slotted basepipe is designed to be adjacent to a non production section of the wellbore. The production completion apparatus may be installed into the wellbore to provide redundancy against well-screen failure.
L'invention concerne un appareil et un procédé relatifs à l'achèvement et à la production d'un puits de forage. Cet appareil comprend un matériau perméable externe (15) dans le puits de forage qui comporte une première section de conduite de base (11) dont au moins une partie est perforée (21), cette première conduite de base se trouvant à l'intérieur du matériau perméable externe (15) et au moins une partie de la conduite de base perforée étant conçue de manière à se trouver à proximité d'un intervalle de production (14), une seconde section de conduite de base (10) dont au moins une partie est fendue (16), cette seconde conduite de base se trouvant à l'intérieur du matériau perméable externe et au-dessus de la section de conduite de base perforée (11) conçue de manière à se trouver à proximité de l'intervalle de production dans lequel au moins une partie de la conduite de base fendue est conçue de manière à se trouver à proximité d'une section de non production du puits de forage. L'appareil d'achèvement de production peut être installé dans le puits de forage de manière à entraîner un dédoublement de l'équipement pour lutter contre les pannes du filtre de puits.
