An abutment (10, 10A, 10B, 10C) for a medical or dental implant has a prosthetic receiving tapered post formed with a locking step (10e) for removably restraining a sleeve member such as an emergence cuff (12, 12A). The emergence cuff is receivable on the post of the abutment and has an outer surface configuration which merges confluently with the abutment outer surface. The emergence cuff is formed with a snap on interface (12g) for use with a second sleeve (14, 14A) having a complimentary snap on interface (14e). When the second sleeve is open ended, a pin (16) is shown for closing off the outer end of the second sleeve, if desired.
Cette invention concerne une butée (10, 10A, 10B, 10C) pour implant médical ou dentaire comportant un tenon tronconique pour prothèse qui présente un ressaut de blocage (10e) permettant d'immobiliser de manière amovible un élément à manchon tel qu'un collier de sécurité (12, 12A). Le collier de sécurité, qui vient se monter sur la tige de la butée, se caractérise en ce que la conformation de sa surface extérieure vient se fondre avec la surface extérieure de la butée. Ce collier de sécurité comporte sur l'interface (12g) un cran qui s'utilise avec un second manchon (14, 14A) et qui vient prendre dans un cran complémentaire sur l'interface (14e). Lorsque le second manchon est ouvert à ses extrémités, une goupille (16) vient éventuellement obturer l'extrémité extérieure de ce manchon.
