Such transgenic plants or plant cells can be utilized directly or in preparation of compositions suitabLe for administration as a food, a nutritional supplement, an animal feed supplement, a nutraceutical, or a pharmaceutical to provide nutritional or therapeutic benefit.
Cette invention concerne des végétaux hétérologues qui, ne produisant pas à l'origine de stilbènes et ne présentant donc pas les bienfaits apportés par les stilbènes, ont été modifiés pour produire des quantités importantes de glucoside de resvératrol.
