An earplug (7) for a hearing aid (1), in particular for a BTE-type hearing aid. The earplug (7) has a front end (8) and a rear end (9) . The front end (8 ) is adapted to be inserted into án ear canal of a wearer. The earplug (7) comprises a main body part (10) comprising a longitudinal bore (11) extending along a centrally arranged axis (A-A) of the earplug (7), and at least one sound output passage (17) in communication with said longitudinal bore (11) and leading to a sound output opening (18). The earplug also has a collar (19), which is adapted to engage the wall of an ear canal and surrounds the main body part (10). The output opening (18) has at least one edge part (18a) located in .a retracted manner with respect to said front end (8).
La présente invention concerne une oreillette (7) pour prothèse auditive (1), notamment pour une prothèse auditive à placer derrière l~oreille. L~oreillette (7) a une extrémité avant (8) et une extrémité arrière (9). L~extrémité avant (8) est adaptée pour être insérée dans le canal auditif de la personne la portant. L~oreillette (7) comprend une partie de corps principale (10) comprenant un trou longitudinal (11) s~étendant le long d~un axe disposé au centre (A-A) de l'oreillette (7) et au moins un passage de sortie du son (17) en communication avec ledit trou longitudinal (11) et conduisant un trou vers une ouverture de sortie du son (18). L~oreillette comporte également un col (19) adapté pour entrer en prise avec la paroi du canal auditif et entourer la partie de corps principale (10). L~ouverture de sortie (18) comporte au moins une partie de bordure (18a) située en retrait par rapport à ladite extrémité avant (8).
