The invention relates to recombinant insect poison allergens and to a specific method for producing them. Said allergens can be varied according to whether they are produced using folds (conformations) that are identical or different to those that occur naturally. The proteins with folds that do not occur naturally have a reduced IgE reactivity or allergenity and can therefore be used as therapeutic agents in the immunotherapy of allergies.

L'invention concerne des allergènes recombinants d'insecticides et un procédé de fabrication ciblée de ces allergènes, lesdits allergènes pouvant être différenciés par des pliures (conformations) identiques ou différentes des pliures naturelles selon la réalisation du procédé de fabrication. Les protéines ayant une pliure différente de la pliure naturelle présentent une réactivité IgE ou une allergénie réduite, et peuvent par conséquent être employés en tant qu'agent thérapeutique dans l'immunothérapie d'allergies.
