A thermoplastic squeeze tube has a self-sealing orifice where a one-way valve member is secured in the tube neck and an exposed portion thereof enclosed and protected by a frangible closure member integral with the neck portion. A pocket in the bottom wall of the frangible closure member closely encloses the one-way valve member to seal the same. A replacement cup-shaped closure member may be provided to reseal the tube after removal of the frangible closure member, which may have downwardly depending sealing protrusions which contain the upper portion of the exposed section of the one-way valve member to reseal the same.

Tube souple thermoplastique présentant un orifice autoscellant doté d'une soupape unidirectionnelle fixée au col du tube, dont la partie exposée est entourée et protégée par un dispositif de fermeture frangible intégré au col. Une pochette située sur la paroi inférieure du dispositif de fermeture entoure étroitement la soupape unidirectionnelle pour en assurer l'étanchéité. Un dispositif de fermeture de remplacement en forme de coupe peut être fourni afin que le tube puisse être refermé de façon étanche après que le dispositif de fermeture frangible ait été enlevé. Ce dernier dispositif peut présenter des saillies de scellement orientées vers le bas qui engagent la partie supérieure de la région exposée de la soupape unidirectionnelle pour refermer celle-ci de façon étanche.
