Multi-luminal endoscopic systems (10) for sterilely delivering deployable devices (30) or obtaining bodily tissues. The system comprise an outer catheter (24) comprising a wall that encloses an outer lumen (5); an inner catheter (20) movably disposed within the outer lumen and having an inner lumen (7); a balloon- tipped catheter (26) movably disposed within the inner lumen and having a distal end and a proximal end, wherein the distal end of the balloon- tipped catheter comprises a balloon tip (15) that can be expanded to contact the wall of the outer catheter to provide a seal to prevent bodily fluids from entering the outer lumen; and a push catheter having a lumen and is located within the outer lumen. The delivery systems can comprise concentric catheters. Systems used for tissue collecting can comprise catheters with different common center.
L'invention porte sur des systèmes endoscopiques multiluminaux (10) destinés à l'installation de dispositifs déployables (30) ou à l'obtention de tissus corporels de façon stérile. Le système comprend un cathéter extérieur (24) comprenant une paroi renfermant une lumière extérieure (5) ; un cathéter intérieur (20) disposé mobile à l'intérieur de la lumière extérieure et comportant une lumière intérieure (7) ; un cathéter muni d'un embout à ballonnet (26) disposé mobile à l'intérieur de la lumière intérieure et présentant une extrémité distale et une extrémité proximale, l'extrémité distale du cathéter muni d'un embout à ballonnet comprenant un embout à ballonnet (15) pouvant être déployé pour entrer en contact avec la paroi du cathéter extérieur afin d'assurer un joint d'étanchéité destiné à empêcher des fuites corporelles d'entrer dans la lumière extérieure ; et un cathéter de poussée comportant une lumière et localisé dans la lumière extérieure.
