To protect the HF circuits arranged in a casing and which are operated at frequencies of > 1 GHZ to 100 GHz against inner electromagnetic perturbing radiation, the complete circuit (1) is equipped on both sides with a large area layer (3, 4) which absorbs electrical fluctuations. The layer (4), made from a material which absorbs electrical fluctuations, such as silicon with average conductivity, is arranged below the circuit carrier (1). The circuit carrier (1) with the components (5) is encapsulated by a dielectric material such as silicon sealing compound or epoxy resin. The layer (3) made from a sealing compound which absorbs electrical fluctuations, such as silicon filled with iron powder, is arranged above the encapsulated circuit carrier (1, 2).

Afin de protéger les circuits HF disposés dans un boîtier et qui sont utilisés à des fréquences >1 GHz à 100 GHz contre les radiations électromagnétiques internes perturbatrices, le circuit complet (1) est muni sur les deux côtés d'une couche de grande surface (3, 4) qui absorbe les fluctuations électriques. La couche (4), faite d'un matériau qui absorbe les fluctuations électriques, comme le silicone avec une conductibilité moyenne, est disposée au-dessous du porte-circuit (1). Le porte-circuit (1), avec les composants (5), est encapsulé dans un matériau diélectrique comme un composé de scellement au silicone ou une résine époxyde. La couche (3) faite d'un composé de scellement qui absorbe les fluctuations électriques, comme du silicone rempli de poudre de fer, est disposée au-dessus du porte-circuit encapsulé (1,2).
