ABSTRACT An art that uses a communications satellite line and a broadcasting line between a key station and a repeater station, communicates between the key station and a local place through the repeater station, sends a mixed signal mixed a signal sent from the key station through the repeater station and the communications satellite line from the local place and a signal added in the key station from the key station to the repeater station, receives the mixed signal at the local place through the repeater station, making a monitor voice enabling the reporter in the local place easy to talk, by delaying the signal same as the signal sent to the key station through the communication satellite line for the delay time caused by the communications line, then equalizing the resulted signal, subtracting the equalized signal from the mixed signal.
