A method and apparatus for detecting on-line the homogeneity and constituent concentration of pharmaceutical compositions comprising mixing means for mixing the compositions of matter; and spectroscopic means for detecting on- line the homogeneity and constituent concentration of the compositions of matter, the spectroscopic means including a plurality of spectroscopic detection means disposed on the mixing means for providing light to the compositions of matter and detecting emission light from the compositions of matter, first control means for providing the light to the plurality of spectroscopic detection means and analyzing the emission light from the plurality of spectroscopic detection means, and second control means in communication with the first control means and the plurality of spectroscopic detection means for controlling the transmission of the light from the first control means to the plurality of spectroscopic detection means and the emission light from the plurality of spectroscopic detection means to the first control means, the second control means including switch means for connecting a respective one of the plurality of spectroscopic detection means to the first control means.
L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil permettant de détecter en ligne l'homogénéité et la concentration des constituants de compositions pharmaceutiques. Ledit procédé comporte des moyens de mélange permettant de mélanger les compositions de matière; et des moyens spectroscopiques permettant de détecter en ligne l'homogénéité et la concentration des constituants des compositions de matière, les moyens spectroscopiques comprenant une pluralité de moyens spectroscopiques de détection, disposés sur les moyens de mélange pour fournir de la lumière aux compositions de matière et détecter la lumière d'émission provenant des compositions de matière; des premiers moyens de commande permettant de fournir la lumière à la pluralité des moyens spectroscopiques de détection et d'analyser la lumière d'émission à partir de la pluralité des moyens spectroscopiques de détection, et des deuxièmes moyens de commande en communication avec les premiers moyens de commande et la pluralité des moyens spectroscopiques de détection, permettant de commander la transmission de la lumière depuis les premiers moyens de commande vers la pluralité des moyens spectroscopiques de détection, et la lumière d'émission depuis la pluralité des moyens spectroscopiques de détection vers les premiers moyens de commande, les deuxièmes moyens de commande comprenant des moyens de commutation permettant de relier un moyen spectroscopique de détection respectif, parmi une pluralité de moyens spectroscopiques de détection, aux premiers moyens de commande.
