A process for obtaining paclitaxel and other taxanes from a source containing taxanes. The process involves extract-ing taxane compounds from the source into an organic solvent and passing this composition through a distribution chromatography column and eluting taxane compounds with the dry distribution column. The eluted taxane compounds are isolated by further processing techniques.
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant d'obtenir du paclitaxel et d'autres taxanes à partir d'une source contenant des taxanes. Ce procédé consiste à extraire des composés de taxane de cette source dans un solvant organique, puis à faire passer cette composition dans une colonne de chromatographie de partage et à éluer les composés de taxane dans la colonne de séparation sèche. On isole ensuite les composés de taxane élués au moyen de procédés de traitement complémentaires.
