Method for the preparation of hair, which method comprises the following steps: (1) removal of hair in the anagen phase from one or more donor regions in such a way that the bulb characteristic of hair in the anagen phase is still attached to the hair removed, (2) culture of hair follicle cells from the hair removed, under circumstances such that the hair follicle cells are able to multiply, and (3) implantation of the cultured hair follicle cells in the receptor regions. Medium which comprises at least one suitable serum-free keratinocyte culture medium and is optionally supplemented with one human mast cell line and/or autologous (cultured) CD34+ cells and/or growth-stimulating agents and a method for culturing hair follicle cells from hairs in the anagen phase, in which one or more hairs in the anagen phase are placed in said medium.
L'invention porte sur un procédé de préparation des cheveux qui consiste à: (1) retirer des cheveux dans la phase anagène d'une ou plusieurs régions d'un donneur de sorte que la caractéristique du bulbe des cheveux dans la phase anagène reste liée aux cheveux retirés; (2) mettre en culture les cellules folliculeuses des cheveux retirés, dans des circonstances permettant leur multiplication; et (3) implanter les cellules folliculeuses des cheveux retirés dans les régions du receveur. L'invention porte également sur un support comprenant au moins un milieu de culture approprié de kératinocytes sans sérum et éventuellement complétés par des lignées de mastocytes et/ou de cellules CD34?+¿ autologues (mises en cultures) et/ou des agents stimulant la prolifération des cellules, et sur un procédé de mise en culture des cellules folliculeuses provenant des cheveux de la phase anagène, un ou plusieurs de ces cheveux de la phase anagène étant placés dans ce milieu.
