The present invention provides an integrated medium access control for processing respectively separated traffic situation sets. Another aim of the present invention is to optimize power consumption during a poll-based operation of the medium access control mechanism. An additional aim of the present invention is to provide a poll-based error recovery mechanism for achieving preferred application reliability through power- and cost-efficient methods. A further aim of the present invention is to provide an in-band wakeup method for a medical implant device in a human body area network. Still a further aim of the present invention is to provide a method for processing medical emergencies and medical situations for implant devices on the basis of priority in a human body area network. An even further aim of the present invention is to provide a method for simultaneously accessing a power channel of a poll-based minimum level and operating a plurality of BANs in medical implant communication.
La présente invention concerne un contrôle d'accès au support intégré pour traiter respectivement des ensembles de situations de trafic séparés. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé pour accéder de manière simultanée à une voie d'énergie d'un niveau minimum basé sur une invitation à émettre et pour utiliser une pluralité de réseaux corporels (BAN) dans la communication relative à des implants médicaux.
