Novel compounds according to formula I n is 0, 1, 2 or 3; X represents hydroxamic acid (CONHOH), carboxylic acid, phosphonic acid, acetylthiomethyl group or a mercaptomethyl group;R2, R10 and R11 independently represent hydrogen or (Cl_8)alkyl, (CZ_6)alkenyl, (C3_$)cycloalkyl, aryl(Co_6)alkyl or heteroaryl(Co_6)alkyl, all of which may optionally be substituted; R3 and R4 independently represent hydrogen, hydroxy or alkoxy; provided that if A, A', Z and R5 are all bonds, and s and t are both 0 (zero), then R6 is different from hydrogen, and that at least one of R3, R4, R10 and R11 is different from hydrogen; or a salt, hydrate or solvate thereof; pharmaceutical compositions comprising said compound; therapeutical methods comprising administering said compounds; and the use of said compounds in the manufacture of medicaments.

L'invention concerne de nouveaux composés de formule (I) ou un sel, hydrate ou solvate de ces derniers. Dans la formule, n vaut 0, 1, 2 ou 3; X représente un acide hydroxamique (CONHOH), un acide carboxylique, un acide phosphonique, un groupe acétylthiométhyle ou un groupe mercaptométhyle ; R2, R10 et R11 représentent indépendamment l'un de l'autre hydrogène ou (C¿1-8?)alkyle, (C¿2-6?)alcényle, (C¿3-8?)cycloalkyle, aryl(C¿0-6?)alkyle ou hétéroaryl(C¿0-6?)alkyle, éventuellement substitués ; R3 et R4 représentent indépendamment l'un de l'autre hydrogène, hydroxy ou alcoxy ; à condition que, si A, A', Z et R5 représentent tous des liaisons, et s et t sont tous deux égaux à zéro, alors R6 ne représente pas hydrogène, et à condition qu'au moins un des radicaux R3, R4, R10 et R11 ne représente pas hydrogène. L'invention concerne également des compositions pharmaceutiques contenant lesdits composés, des méthodes thérapeutiques consistant à administrer lesdits composés ; et l'utilisation desdits composés pour la fabrication de médicaments.
