Abstract The present invention relates to a method and system for correctly installing a flexible liner in a tank for water storage. The present invention in the preferred form relates to the use of a substantially rigid outlet (20) in the flexible liner (12) that is received in a tank aperture (22) when the liner (12) is correctly installed in the tank (14).
