A rotatable serving tray system is provided for use with vertical shafts and the like. The system comprises a shaft collar, a base tray member, removable trays for engagement with the base tray member, plastic covers for engagement with the removable trays and downsize sleeves to enable the shaft collar to be configured to shafts having different diameters. The serving tray may also be configured to a vertical shaft without handling or disassembly of the shaft.
