The Electronic Community Surveillance Device is a device that that will operate in a network of similar devices connected via Radio Wave Frequency transmitters and receivers. An unlimited number of these devices can operate in any given community within Radio Frequency Range of other said devices, see figure seven, but at least two are needed within range of each other. In the event of an Emergency the activation of the emergency switch on the Electronic Community Surveillance Device or the activation of the remote activation unit would cause the initiating surveillance device to broadcast over radio frequency a specified computer programming that will initiate all other surveillance devices within Radio Frequency Range, see (Fig. 7). The same computer programming will sound emergency, flashing emergency light and display incoming information on the Liquid Crystal Display about the location of the emergency. The known and unknown individuals that are participating in the Electronic Community surveillance is to respond by 1) calling 911 and giving displayed information on liquid crystal display to emergency personnel, 2) respond by activating the respond switch, 3) Moreover, if address is known to either monitor the premises or lend assistance to the distressed location. When a given number of responses; from participating community members, in the same computer program software via Radio wave frequency is reported to the initiating unit, the initiating unit will broadcast computer programming via Radio Frequency stating sufficient response and that will silence all alarms activated. The remote activator will be equipped with an adjustable code so that individuality will be possible. The Electronic Community Surveillance Device will also be equipped with an adjustable code and both remote and device have to be on the exact same code for the remote unit to function. See figure four and five.
